『The International Telecommunications Policy Review』(ITPR) is

the official journal of the Korean Association for Information and Telecommunication Studies. It publishes original and innovative research papers with theoretical, empirical, and policy relevance in the fields of broadcasting, telecommunications, and ICT (Information and Communication Technology).

The objective of the journal is to enhance understanding of the changing socio-economic roles of broadcasting and telecommunications. It aims to facilitate the sharing of research findings not only among academic experts but also with professionals in the IT industry, policy makers, and the general public, providing a platform for discussion.
